UF Advising is a comprehensive resource for undergraduate students. Learn about scheduling and registration, choosing a major, academic requirements, who your college's advisors are, and other helpful information critical to your UF experience.

Are you a current student who needs to explore undergraduate programs or find a new major? Transition Advising might be the best fit for you.
Computer & Information Science & Engineering offers the Academic Tutoring Center (ATC). Students will find peer tutoring in the department's major courses and all programming languages taught by the department.
Learn more about ATC.The College of Journalism and Communications presents the Gator to Gator Coaching Program. Alums engage with CJC students by offering career development advice, linking students to potential jobs and internships, and building the student's professional network.

There are several peer mentoring programs at UF. Most have regular meetings and helpful programs in addition to matching you with a peer mentor.
Here is a description of each peer mentoring opportunity:
Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Peer Mentor Program | Peer mentoring programs for incoming Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars |
Business Undergraduate Mentorship Program (BUMP) | The Business Undergraduate Mentorship Program (BUMP) pairs one first-year, second-year student, or transfer student with a student leader who possesses a variety of experiences and knowledge in how to excel within the business school and beyond. |
Career and Peer Mentors Warrington | Career And Peer (CAP) Mentors specialize in providing Warrington students with peer-to-peer career development assistance in their search for great internship and job opportunities. |
The Humani-Mentors program is part of the Humanities Engagement Scholars (HES) program. Undergraduate students in HES are paired with graduate students to meet their mentoring needs.

The Public Speaking Lab assists in the development of effective speaking skills. This service is open to the entire UF academic community, including undergraduates, graduate students, TAs, faculty, and UF alumni.
